Dulux Water White Melamine Sealer
High performance two component system that forms a hard colourless transparent protective base for the topcoat. It is suitable for use as a coating to all interior and sheltered exterior wooden surfaces.

Surface Preparation :
- For pre-polished wood, remove all existing coatings by sanding or scraping.
- For new wood, sand surface smooth using emery paper no 180 followed by 320/400. Wipe off loose dust particles. If required remove dust and grease using a cloth soaked in Duco thinner,
- For uneven surfaces, apply a filler coat using a putty knife or muslin cloth. Remove excess filler and allow small pits and minor cracks to dry for 1 hour. Staining is optional. Sand off with emery paper no. 180 followed by 320. Wipe off loose dust particles.
Sealing :
Mix Dulux Water White Melamine Sealer and hardener in the ratio of 9:1. Immediately thin with 20 - 30 % Dulux Melamine Thinner. Spray two coats and allow to dry for 5 - 6 hours.
The dry surface is ready for application of Dulux Water White Melamine Gloss or Matt finish.

- Flammable material
- Store container in upright position, with lid tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, away from ignition sources.
- In case of fire, use foam, dry powder, AAAF, Carbon Dioxide. Never use water.
- Keep out of reach of children and away from combustible material, food, drink and animal feed
- Avoid contact with skin. Wear suitable protective clothing and gloves. May cause sensitization by skin contact. Remove splashes from skin with soap and water or a recognised skin cleanser.
- May be harmful if swallowed. Rinse mouth with water ( only if person is conscious). In case of ingestion seek immediate medical attention and show the container or label to medical personnel.
- Use only in well- ventilated areas.Avoid inhalation of dust and solvent vapour/spray by wearing suitable nose pad.
- Wear eye protection during application. Risk of serious damage to eye. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- Avoid release to the environment. Do not pour leftovers down the drain or in water courses.
- In the event of spills, contain spillage using sand or earth
