WeatherShield Clear is a unique ,transparent silicone based water repellant coating for application on tiles,bricks and stones.

Areas of Application:
Any bare (previously uncoated) surface with porosity eg.: cement painted surface, concrete, mortar, clay bricks , natural & artificial unpolished stone, Mangalore tiles.
Surface Preparation :
Ensure that the surface is completely free from all loose dirt, debris, powdery residue, oil, grease, wax or any other contamination, which could prevent penetration. The surface can be cleaned by thorough brushing and scraping, using a stiff wire or fibre brush followed by water jetting if required. Ensure that the surface is fully dry before application.
Fill up minor cracks and defects with Cement and Sand mixture for larger holes and crack.
Application Method :
For surfaces with normal porosity apply one liberal coat* of Dulux Weathershield Clear by brushing evenly on the prepared surface. Allow the surface to dry for a minimum of 24 hours. Ensure that no small patches are being left out without the coating.
* Repeated brush strokes with heavy brush loading to ensure that the entire area is covered fully
Note: Before starting application of Dulux WeatherShield Clear it is advisable to check the performance of the product on a relatively small area.
Thinning :
No thinning required. Apply as it is.

- Flammable material. Store container in upright position, with lid tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, away from ignition sources.
- In case of fire, use foam, dry powder, CO2. Never use water .
- Keep out of reach of children and away from combustible material, food, drink and animal feeding stuffs.
- Avoid contact with skin. Remove splashes from skin with soap and water or recognized skin cleanser.
- May cause lung damage if swallowed. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label .
- Use only in well-ventilated areas .
- Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
- Avoid release to the environment. Refer to special instructions/Safety data sheet.
- Do not empty into drains.
- Toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.
- Contain spillage using sand or earth.
- Safety data sheet available for professional user on request.
- No added lead, mercury or chromium compounds.
