Ordinary waterproofing jobs are cumbersome, requiring messy, expensive & time consuming civil work. WeatherShield Roof is a revolutionary waterproofing paint, which can be applied on the roof and provides 100% waterproofing.

Surface Preparation :
Ensure that the surface is completely dry, thoroughly clean and free from any grime, dust, flakes, grease, oily substance. For old sufaces, remove all loosely adhering particles or powdery material by thorough scraping , followed by cleaning. For areas severely affected by algae and fungus, application of ICI Pre- Treatment coat is recommended.
Priming :
Apply a self priming coat of WeatherShield Roof using roller or brush over the dried surface by diluting it with water up to 30%.
Finishing :
Roof Application : Apply 2-3 coats of WeatherShield Roof by roller or brush without dilution. Ensure 1 ltr of paint is used to cover at most 8 sq ft area. This is essential to achieve proper film thickness, a pre-requisite for optimal waterproofing performance.
Side Wall Application : Apply 3 coats of WeatherShield Roof on side walls and apply 2 additional coats of WeatherShield / WeatherShield Max / WeatherShield Ultra Clean to prevent dust pick up. Ensure 1 ltr of paint is used to cover at most 20 sq ft area. This is essential to achieve proper film thickness, a pre-requisite for optimal waterproofing performance.
Drying Time :
6-8 hours between coats. May vary depending on climatic conditions and humidity.
Note: To ensure 100% waterproofing performance, cover the full roof ,including the parapets.

- Keep out of reach of children and away from food, drink and animal feed.
- May be harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion seek immediate medical attention.
- Avoid inhalation of dust by wearing a suitable nose pad during sanding and surface preparation.
- Ensure good ventilation at all times. Do not breathe vapour or spray.
- Wear eye protection during application. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- Remove splashes from skin with soap and water or recognized skin cleanser.
- Do not pour left over paint down drains or water courses. Contain spillage using sand or earth.
- Store container in upright position, with lid tightly closed, in a cool, dry place.

- No added lead, mercury or Chromium compounds.
