ICI White Wood Primer
White Wood primers are solvent-based economical primer for interior wood surfaces that covers the wood grains and provide uniform surface for subsequent paints. It enhances coverage of finish paint besides improving enamel hold out properties.

Surface Preparation :
Surface must be clean, dry and free from all defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease, wax etc. Remove all loose or poorly adhering materials by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter wiped off. Then apply a coat of Primer .If required use ICI Ready mix Wall Filler (33-500) or any other oil-based putty to fill cracks and dents and to make the surface uniform. After sanding the puttied surface, apply another coat of primer. Allow the primer coat to dry overnightt
Application :
Brushing & Conventional Spray is suitable for both type of application
Thinning :
- Brush or Roller: For best result, add up to 1 part White Spirit/ Mineral Turpentine Oil (MTO) to10 parts of paint by volume
- Conventional Spray: Add up to 1.5 part White Spirit/MTO to 10 parts of paint (10%) by volume depending on specification of the gun.

- Flammable material
- Store container in upright position, with lid tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, away from ignition sources. In case of fire , use foam , dry powder , CO2, never use water.
- Keep out of reach of children and away from combustible material , food, drink and animal feeding stuffs. Avoid contact with skin . Remove splashes from skin with soap and water or recognised skin cleanser .
- If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label
- Use only in well-ventilated areas. Vapours may cuase drowsiness and dizziness
- Repeated exposure may cuase skin dryness or cracking.
- Do not empty the material into drains or in water courses . Avoid release to the environment .
- Contain spillage using sand or earth.

- No added lead, mercury or chromium compounds.
