Dulux Weathershield Signature

Dulux Weathershield Signature is formulated with special materials and emulsion such as tough mineral crystals that give it unparalleled toughness, durability, making it a perfect choice for external and internal masonry and building surfaces painting.

Step 1 : Surface Preparation
Ensure surface is thoroughly clean, dry and free from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungi, algae and flaking paint. This can be achieved by brushing with a wire/stiff coir brush, followed by water jetting if required. Use Dulux Aquatech Pre Treatment Coat to ensure that algae and fungi are removed from the roots.

Step 2 : Application process
Application of putty is not recommended. Apply one coat of Dulux Weathershield Alkali Bloc Primer after thinning with water in the ratio of 1:1 by volume. Apply 1-2 coats of Weathershield Signature over the Sealer/Base coat and allow a drying time of 4-6 hours between the coats. Hard dry achievable overnight.

Step 3 : Drying time
Touch dry for the paint is up to 1 hour and allow 5-6 hours of drying time for recoating and 16-24 hours for hard dry
